How to get to Joslyn House

Joslyn House is located on the Washington State side of the Columbia River opposite Hood River, Oregon.

If you are traveling from Oregon, take I-84 to exit 64. At exit 64, turn north and cross the bridge over the Columbia River. Turn right at the end of the bridge. This is Route 14; travel approximately one mile. Joslyn House is large, yellow and on the north (left) side of the road. You'll find it surrounded by farm fields, just past McDonalds and the Dickey Farm Stand. Joslyn House is located west of the City of Bingen, so if you come to the intersection of Hwy 14 and Hwy 141 you have gone too far. Be sure to watch the speed limits as you approach the city.

If you are traveling from Eastern Washington, take Route 14 west, through the town of Bingen. Joslyn House is approximately half-a-mile past the intersection with Hwy 141. Joslyn House is on the north side of Route 14 just past the farm field. Be sure to watch the speed limits as you approach the city.

If you are traveling from Western Washington, take I-5 to I-205. For a scenic but slow journey, at I-205 exit 27 take Route 14 and head east for approximately 55 miles. Alternatively, you can take I-205 across the Columbia River to I-84 east. Proceed east on I-84 to exit 64. At exit 64 turn north and cross the bridge over the Columbia River. Turn right at the end of the bridge. This is Route 14; travel approximately one mile. Joslyn House is a large yellow house on the north (left) side of the road, surrounded by farm fields and just past McDonalds and the Dickey Farm Stand. Joslyn House is located west of the City of Bingen so if you come to the intersection with Hwy 141 you have gone too far. Be sure to watch the speed limits as you approach the city.
